do you work with international clients?

Yes! All projects have the option for a payment plan, which we can customize to fit your needs. Typically, all projects are split into two payments, but just let us know if you’d like a different plan.

do you offer payment plans?

Most of our communication will be through a client dashboard. We'll be able to access all project information, see uploaded project presentations and feedback, and track emails. Occasionally, we'll meet face-to-face on scheduled video calls.

how will we communicate throughout our project?

what if i already have a website? can you redesign it?

SEO copywriting is included in every design package, but it’s not available as a standalone service. Branding services are currently not available, but we can make recommendations. We can assist with curating stock photography if needed.

do i need to have anything before the design project starts?

Yes! Your branding strategy must be provided before project kick-off. It includes your colors, typography, logo, and professional photos. 

are ongoing costs of my website included in any package?

Unfortunately, ongoing costs of your website (domain, email service provider, app costs, web hosting, etc.) are not included in any service package.

What kinds of brands do you work with?

We work with fashion, beauty, and lifestyle brands at different stages. eCommerce management is best for brands that have been in business for a year or more and are ready to scale. For web design, we also partner with startups who want to launch strong with a polished, conversion-focused Shopify site.

Do you only work on Shopify?

Yes! Shopify is our specialty because it’s the most powerful platform for product-based brands. We design and manage Shopify sites exclusively so we can go deep on what really works.

What’s the investment range for your services?

Packages are customized based on your brand’s needs, but eCommerce management typically starts at $5,200/monthly retainer and full custom web design projects begin at $7,000. We’ll walk you through options during our discovery call so you can feel confident in what’s included.

How long does a project take?

Web design timelines typically run 4–12 weeks from kickoff to launch. eCommerce management is a longer-term partnership with a 3-month minimum to ensure results. We’ll provide a detailed timeline in your proposal based on your goals and scope.

Can you help if I already have a designer or dev?

Yes! For eCommerce management clients, we often work alongside in-house teams or other creatives. We focus on strategy, data, and optimizations—so if you already have someone on design or dev, we’ll collaborate to make sure everyone’s working toward the same results.

Do you offer one-off projects?

Generally no—we believe in strategy-first, relationship-driven work. Most of our services are designed to provide long-term transformation, not just one-time fixes. But if you’re unsure what you need, feel free to reach out. If we're not the right fit, we’ll try to point you to someone who is.
